FROM CUSTOM DESIGN TO DREAM HOUSE IN 6 STEPS

You will begin your process by creating your own space, with your perfect flow with nuance and detail alongside our talented architectural team who have decades of experience. Your personal tastes and floor plans will be imagined into existence before your eyes.

This part of the process also includes engineering and surveys.

Second step include permits, clearing, trenching for electric, water and sewer (or wells and septic if you are not on a public hookup), water retention systems, And of course, your foundation with slab, crawl space, and basement options available.

We work in partnership with a number of modular home factories. Your home will be constructed in modular boxes indoors, protected from the elements. Complete your design process from major interior aspects such as insulation, electrical, siding plumbing systems, to your personal touches in tile, paint, & flooring. This is a safe and effective way to build your home.

When your boxes are completed be it 2 or 8, and your foundation and site work are fully prepared the modular boxes will be delivered from the factory to your property, or to a staging area near it. No property is too large, too small, or too tricky for our talented delivery team and our engineers.

Set day! The modular boxes will be lifted by crane onto your foundation and pieced together by our “set crew”. The boxes will become a completely constructed home in one day.

Our team of contractors and designers will complete all finishing touches to your satisfaction. Everything from electrical and plumbing hookups to appliances and small custom design finished. No detail is overlooked on your journey to your life with your loved ones in your new HOME.
